Yes. In most cases, you can receive an estimate within minutes. We use a Google software to measure your lawn's square footage to determine your price.
Our mowing services includes lawn mowing, edging of the driveway and sidewalk surrounding your home, string trimming around all areas where the mower cannot reach and blowing all clippings off hard surfaces. (Shrub trimming, flower planting, flower bed treatments and clean-ups are an additional costs.)
No. All customers must have a credit or debit card on file, which is charged after your services are completed. Our goal is to make the payment process as stress free as possible.
Payment is due on the same day as service. If your payment does not process on the same day, a late fee of $7.00 will be added. On the 3rd day of non-payment, a $10.00 late fee will be added, and on the 7th day of non payment, a $15.00 late fee will be added, along with service cancellation until payment is made in full.
All major work (landscaping, pine straw, mulch, etc.) requires a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% is due on the day work is completed.
We monitor the extended weather in your area. In the event your scheduled date falls on a rain day, we will service your property 1 to 2 days before it rains or 1 to 2 days after the weather has cleared.
We will try to accommodate your specific day request, but cannot guarantee it. We service specific locations on certain days of the week, therefore, we cannot take specific time requests.
No. As long as the back yard is accessible.
Due to the safety of all personnel and your pet(s), we cannot service the back yard if your pets are not secured in the house.
If you skip a service, we cannot guarantee your current price or service day. Our lawn technicians work on a schedule in order to provide reliable and timely services.
Yes. It's best to remove all items in your yard for safety and protection. For example: kids toys, water hoes, cookout broilers, above ground yard sprinklers, dog chains, and all small unseen items. Quick Cutz will not be held liable for damages to items left in your yard.
Yes. In order to avoid damages to your watering system, customers are responsible for informing Quick Cutz of the locations of sprinkler heads and or watering system just below the surface. In addition, customers will be liable for unforeseen damages to these items unless Quick Cutz was informed after identifying all watering and sprinkler heads in the yard.
No. Flowerbed cleaning is an additional cost. In addition, flowerbeds that have rocks cannot be weed eaten. It must be pulled by hand, which would prevent damages from throwing rocks with the weed eater.
Cancellation made on the same day as scheduled services will receive a late cancellation fee of $25.00. Service must be canceled the day before services in order to prevent this charge.
